If you're talking about Donald Bradley's Stock Market Prediction: The
Planetary Barometer and How to Use It, I assure you there's a reason
it comes in a plain brown wrapper--if you can find a used copy to pry
out of the cold dead hands of the last medium to use it.
The formula for programming it in metastock is in--The American
Ephemeris for the 21st Century 2000-2050 at Midnight

It's a good read, even without the formula.
