[EquisMetaStock Group] problem with start/end time - MS 7.2 Pro

I have MS 7.2 Pro. I can't change correctly the security start/end 
time. When creating an intraday security i 'm trying to update the 
start time for example: the increment is 12h!! ( 00:00 , 12:00 , 
24:00 .......) and impossible to decrement.

Any idea to help me..
