IMO the upgrade isn't necessary. It looks
like Metastock is looking for a Win file and it isn't locating it. I would
suggest the place to start is to uninstall Metastock (not just delete files).
Then reinstall it, add your overlays in stages and it should either work OK or
indicate where the problem is in your add-ons.
