The simple answer is to just back up the three lower highs by
one day and add the requirement that the last day is an up bar (C>O) and that

Yes, I saw your FVE reference. I say again, you are trying to
put too much in one scan. FVE is a breakout tool. Your current scan is aimed at
finding buy points in a trend. Two totally different animals. Save FVE for
another day. My opinion.
