HI kevin,

im aware of that, but someone made a formula some time ago for me, in that
formula he manage to avoid the problems you mention, you dont actually need
the entire option chain if you put as parameter of that formula the strike
you want the iv for, as a matter of fact that a crucial part of the ratio
concept, you need the iv fdor the diferent strikes so you can compare all
the different ratios and choose the option you want to enter
Im aware of those services but they have 2 problems, first you cannot make
the ratio ui mentioned and  cannot make an expert and second the data is
cool if you trade american markets, but there is a lot of poeple on this
list that doesnt
