  Hi there,

   Thanks for the formula.  This is a very difficult market to trade 
in,  even for the pro's.  Trying to keep a simple (kiss method "keep 
it simple stupid") approach.  Taking into account momentum,volatility,
and volume gives a very good outlook of the stocks direction.  RSI(7)
 with a MACD overlay gives good signals.
