Just happen to have the book checked out of the library. For his conditions on page 226 you can create an Expert Advisor and put the following formula into a symbol, then attach the Expert Advisor and you will have them on your chart:
(C > Ref(H ,-2 )) AND Ref(C ,-1 ) > Ref(H ,-3 ) AND Ref(C ,-2 ) > Ref(H ,-4 )
