[Metastockusers] convert intraday data

Hey group,

  Does anyone know of a utility or know how to convert this time
format:

8:30:05,844.5
8:30:20,845.25
8:30:40,843.25

into this format with open,high,low,close

8:30:000	844.500	845.250	842.500	844.250
8:35:000	844.250	844.500	841.250	842.500
