Would anyone be able to provide me with the formulae for the 
components of this trading system (from quantum-futures.com):

1 - the moving averages they call the 'Wall', the 'Tripwire' and 
the 'Picket Fence'
2 - the 'Gatekeeper'
3 - the 'Accelerometer'
4 - the 'Momentum Oscillator'
5 - the 'E-wave Oscillator'
6 - the 'Volume:range ratio'.
