I know suggesting using the manual is generally considered heresy, but
perhaps the following suggestion will be found acceptable as it doesn't
entail actually opening the manual:
The back cover of the manual has a partial list of accelerator keys.
Also, to the right of each item in the drop down menus is an accelerator
key option where available To the left is an image of the toolbar icon..
