It should run but your Enhanced system tester will be slow for
simulations and cleaning. If your disk space is limited, few simulations
in the Enhanced system tester can easily take 1 gig, so you may have to
clean more often your old simulations.
Take a look at page 2 of your user's manual : you seem to have at least
the recommended configuration that is :
233 MHz
128 MB RAM, etc.
The mionimum configuration is :
166 MHz
32 MB RAM, etc
