If you 
don't want the arrows to show up until a complete bar is printed, go to tools, 
options, and check recalc on complete bar.  However, when trading in RT it 
might be useful to see that a signal might fire at the end of the bar so that 
you can get ready place the order.  In that case, just wait for the next 
bar to start before executing the trade.
