I'm a user of MLD but not an expert!! What if you copy your symbols
into a spreadsheet. When you think the list has changed enough,
update your symbol list and put the new symbol list into the ssheet
and then delete the matching symbols (or whatever your ssheet allows)
and the remaining symbols are new. Add them to the download list(s)
and do a historical download on each of them to get your database,
then just update the whole list each day as usual.
There are so many changes these days that every month or 2, I just
make new directories from a new symbol list an download the data. It
might not be your cup of tea but it keeps me happy!
Somebody will have a better idea than this, surely.
