Does anyone trade using Donchian Channels, or trade using turtle methods
(very similar I think). What are your results like ? I`ve ran a few tests
in Metastock on the world Indicies, and it has produced quite good results.
At least 2000 points over a year, against a drawdown of 900 points. You can
make these results better or worse depending if you lock in profits or have
a maximum loss. Also, the results seem to be better if the donchain
channels are averaged. Need to play around some more, just putting out
feelers.
Anyone know the exact turtle trading methodology ?
What is the consensus on the best downloader for free data then ?
