Hi,
your task of researching in how good the predictions are is badly directed
to metastock, your task will be better by using one of the Technical
analysis software that come with training mode, you can use this trading
mode, to step by step go forward in time, since many TA approaches appear
looking back very correct, but when you are making an updated analysis you
may have wrong predictions, an example is elliot waves, you can have
diferent wave counts as more data prices are considered
