I think that 100% is impossible (Think that 60% is very good)!
I have my own idea and if you are the Metastock user you can try it.
Upload pluging for Metastock (7.xx and 8.0, but 7.03 EOD users have a
troubles) at: http://www.nnoracle.com/mmedium/mmedium.html
You can try it around 2 weeks and inform me and other traders about %
success for transactions.
