I'm pretty new to this stuff but I'll give it a shot. I'm sure more
experienced members can refine it if it needs it. But it should be
something like this:
cola: ADX(14)
Then in the filter:
colA > 30 AND HIGH< Mov(C,4,S)
I think that'll work.
