FYI, my experience with E Sig goes back to when it was just Signal and then
E Something else. Mine was far more bad than good. No exp in recent years.
To me, the best deal anywhere is Interactive Brokers as broker (lowest
comm's, "instant" fills) plus QuoteTracker for charts. QT runs off of IB's
REAL real time price data. Most of the "real time" data out there is
arthritic...slow as sin. QT is $60/year if you register..free if you like
the ads!
Downside? IB's staff can be dippy or even rude but the fills and price data
are AAA111. QT depends on IB, so your charts start when IB starts. But if
you want "right now" day trading, this is a great combo. Good luck.
