The
site was rather busy this weekend and it took me a few times to download the
book. I did get it eventually and it is a valid archive consisting of one
PDF file. I think that you will need Adobe Acribat 4 or above to view
it.

a folder in My Doc's and tried to unzip it. I got the message that Winzip
can't unzip it because it doesn't appear to be a valid archive. I'm real
short on zip knowledge. Tried delete, download again..same message. What
