[Metastockusers] unable to add sercurity to the online cache

hi 

i hava a problem. i had metastock 7.2 and esignal RT.
then i made an upgrade to metastock 8.0

and when i open a RT chart the metastock gave me an error:
unable to add sercurity to the online cache

so what did i wrong. 
in 7.2 it worked well, but not in 8.0

hope someone can help me.
