[Metastockusers] 4MACDean Explanations RTF file

I've revised this file in the 4MACDean folder, to include the MS code 
for all the indicators, instead of the TC2000 code.  Sorry about any 
confusion it has caused!  Visit the AuxiliaryTC2000UserGroup files 
area to see the TC2000 info.
