[Metastockusers] updating data

Hi all
I got a small problem,I have already all the symbols setup in the 
downloader (asx) ,now the updating will not work,what getting is 
warning and error messages like
Error: 2063 The data file is empty
Error: 2053 Unable to start new  destination file

I know the conversion start normal then all errors , the symbols
all setup in ms files.How can I update my data.I get my data as .txt 
file .

anybody knows what I am doing wrong
