Moving averages work fine in trending markets, but
can chew up you $$$ really fast in choppy markets.... so I would make life a
little more complicated fo the price of success

Subject: Can it be this simple
Being a novice at technical analysis, I was
wondering if some could help me with the following proposal. If I was to take
my entire porfolio and trade either the QQQ or DIA using a simple 30 day
moving average, would I be a success or a failure. Seems to me that it is a
profitable system
