Excel to MetaStock assistance

Each day I download some eod data for some 180 different securities into an 
Excel worksheet. Securities are by rows

I would like to transfer, by an automated means, into MetaStock 6.52

Can I use the downloader to do this??  Any ideas?  Do I need to rearrange 
into columns

Or do I have to copy and paste each set of data individually.
