I use Quote Monster to download data. The difficult part is maintaining a
file list of the stocks you wish downloaded. The other part is the data
comes in ASCII and it requires conversion to Meta Stock format which can be
accomplished with manually use of Downloader' function of conversion. There
were many members of this group using this approach and discusion in the
past indicated there were many different softwares available to do this.
I suggest you use the web and do a search on some of the key words as I
discarded my previous work in my reviewing of them prior to deciding on
Quote Monster. If you have questions pertaining to my particular software
