The EasyLanguage pdf doesn't have the following terms' syntax
IFF
Highest
Lowest
MACD
I think MACD is the same as the "customized" MACD discussed here
earleir.. If somebody would provide the synatax and the equivaent
MetaStock expressions, I'd appreciate it.
