Stock Name and Symbol Directly on Chart?

Has anyone figured out a 
way to have a stock's name and/or symbol appear automatically in a text block on 
a chart when a new chart is opened with a template? Right now I manually add the 
name and symbol to new charts and save them as SmartCharts so that 
subsequent openings of a chart always display that information.  I know 
that one can play with the title bars to display name and symbol, but I would 
prefer to have this information displayed directly on the chart. If this is 
possible, I imagine that the implementation might have to be through a custom 
indicator that could be assigned to a template. Even a solution where the font 
type, size and color needed to be manually adjusted later would be 
great.
