The "To" field is a "second best" alternative, as
it contains the nickname each individual uses in his address book.... as in the
example in this email.
The nickname I have is "Metastock User Group".... I
realize that most people use no nickname, so looking at the "To" field would
work most of the time, but a centrally controlled consistent methodology would
still work best.
As for myself, I will remove the nickname so there
one more email being consistant ... and hope the moderators choose to make the
appropriate changes.

It would be nice if the Metastock group email
is identified in the subject area with the name "Metastock".
This would make it easy to identify it
quickly, allow searching, sorting, grouping etc.
