a 10h error is printer related. HP and related printers (Canon, Epson, etc.) fail to reset the math co-processor. Microsoft found this a few years ago. I had this alot with 6.52, haven't had the problem since 7.0 came out. Try an older driver, before they made this change (HP 4 or older).
