How fast is slow???

Using Quote.com as I presently do:  4000 stocks downloaded and merged
takes around 30 minutes!!!!!!!

With Reuters, can you download ***during*** the day, as well as again at
the end of the day?

How much per month is Reuters?

How fast is slow?  I use Reuters, download about 3100+ symbols - takes
about 2-3 minutes to download/merge.
