easily be duplicated using a price oscillator (8,30, ema, %).

          25/13 periods used in the formula for theTrue Strength Index in 
          the Active Trader Magazine article this month is better or worse than 
          some alternatives (like 17/9)? Especially on a 15 minute 
          chart...
