Unfortunately, you can't. That's the problem with MS
if you are interested in futures. One of the problems...
The competing product from those goniffs in Miami
includes a database of contract details, including the
value of a one-point move. (Seems to me there is
even a "bigpoint" variable in the programming language
so that you can use it in writing systems.) Adding a
similar facility to Metastock would be a significant
undertaking.
