Suggestion:
Doc Kump is head of MS support services.  If you have a serious complaint,
write him a detailed report of what was wrong with the support service.  He
will appreciate it. He needs this feedback to correct problems.

Send it to support@xxxxxxxxx and at the top of the body of the message write
"Attention: Doc Kump"
