Lionel,
there is also an inexpensive student version of Mathematica - actually a
full version, but at a reduced price, available only to students. You might
want to enroll in any type of college or university for just one semester
(even a Bible school would suffice), to be eligible for that reduced price.
I must admit I paid the full price, though.
