the Oops strategy is covered in that book.  However, I got the impression 
that Williams was against daytrading but fore short term (days) trading.  
He makes the point that holding a stock over a few days allows for greater price 
movement.

    want to look at implementing some of his TDW/TDM ideas via indicators. 
    i.e.an indicator that gives a weighting for each day of the week based 
    on a stocks historical record.

    i.e. the market thought price was heading this way but if it immediately
