Don't know if it will work, but you might try a
two-step process.  First make a composite of Put+Call and then a composite
of Put/(Put+Call).

Is there an easy way with MetaStock 7.2 End of Day, totake
two downloader files, say CBOE Put and Callvolume, and create a plot of
say put/(put +call) whichcan be used in a layout to look at with the
variousindicators?  So far, I have had to copy the two filesinto
an Excel spreadsheet, make the computation andcopy it into a third
downloader file, which I proceedto use in various layouts.  Updating
it each daythrough this process is tedious, when I have severaldata
files I manipulate this way.  Any help would begreatly
  apreciated.Dave--- metastock-digest<<A
