Frans, You may want to try Interactive Brokers (www.interactivebrokers.com).
They do offer accounts in many countries besides USA, but I don't know if
Netherlands is one of them. You will also have to clarify with them about
accepting your currency to open an account.

Hi gang,
Steve Karnish's story made me so enthousiastic<G> that I'd like to know a
good (fast,cheap & accurate) on-line broker to trade futures on S&P 500,
including mini's;
nsd 100 and dji. So that i can enjoy the upcoming summerrally <BG>
I'm a non usa resident, living in the Netherlands, Europe.
Anybody out there has good/bad/so-so experiences ?
