The way to correct this is to go to your data folder with Windows Explorer.
Click on the + sign next to any data folders. Delete the Smart Charts. The
next time you open the security it will use your default template. Be sure
to save the default template you want first.

as template"
Won"t the extreme of the chart indicate what day the bad tick occured on?
