the cycle length of 28 days that he noticed in his futures trades. With
the price oscillator, you as you said you set the values where you want to.
Optimization can be helpful, its no panacea.

cannot think of a system that is not optimized in some way. Even the length of
RSI or of the Price Oscillator are optimizations in that one must select a
value for the indicator.
