Purpose would be to run a CPU-intensive app such as OmegaResearch
RadarScreen tracking 3K tickers on one CPU and be totally unaffected
running other apps on the other CPU.  When AMD 760MP mobo's with IDE-RAID
DDR arrive in quantity, they will be relatively cheap costing about $350
(maybe $250).  With AMD 1.2 GHz Thunderbirds costing about $139 now, there
will be very little price premium running dual CPU systems.  Compare the
above with a Pentium 300 MHz which cost $1K when it first arrived and you
immediately see how affordable such a system would be.
