And don't forget Gary Smith with his book Live the Dream by Profitably
Daytrading Stockfutures (Sacramento, CA, Advanced Trading Seminars Inc,
1995) available through Reality Based Trading, Sacramento Ca.
As far as I remember the guy did not even own a computer and showed a great
trackrecord from just watching the tape at CNBC.
