I agree the Windows topics are relevant to nearly any computer-related
list.  Because MetaStock operates in Windows, Windows topics are
relevant to this list.  If someone is using MetaStock and is having
problems with their Windows install, they should be able to send
messages to this list.  Moreover, messages related to modifying or
enhancing Windows so MetaStock runs better or faster are also relevant
here.  As a courtesy though, senders can put "Off Topic" in the
subject line.
