Bob :

1) Do not fix it if it aint broke . Stronger : NEVER fix it if it aint
broke.

message : if you try to do something new ok but : be absolutely 200
% sure
you can get back to the "old" situation so : ALWAYS backup before
you try something new.

2) "This page cannot be displayed"
I strongly HATE this message because i had it too many times :)

Last time i spend 3 days to fix this and the solution was the fact that
under W98 the software
for my ADSL connection provided by my ISP wasnot able to connect under
W2000pro.
after a horrible download ( it took hours ) of a very good PPPoE
software from Robert (from Germany)
i never had any problem with this horrible message. (i have an ADSL
modem : and boy this can be
   flying high)

3) i really hope i helped you in any way.

4) Good Luck !

5) last resource sugestion : get that old damned MFC42.dll. back if
possible.
