Thats very strange, I have been running Win2k for over a year and have had
no problems to speak of. I also run Win2k Adv Server, and i can nor
remember that last time I had to restart. I would check to see if your
Laptop drivers are all up to date. I'm sure you checked but when the
thinkpad starts do you see the memory check show 512mb. Also see if the
antivirus program is running. Nortons does not like certain config of WIn2k
and some laptops, and desktops.
