e Signal and MS 7.03

  If one is considering going to an eSignal feed would a 
  true dedicated line that is not used for any other internet functions like 
  e-mail, or browser be best? Or does it matter at all?
   
  Any comments on the reliability of eSignal itself, as 
  well as eSignal with MS 7.03 would also be appreciated. Thanks for the
