You will find both VIX and VXN at that site.
You can find a bit of explanation at

The VIX measures OEX (S&P100) volatility and the VXN
measures NASDAQ volatility. Intepretation is generally
high VIX (or VXN) indicates a market bottom, low VIX
indicates a market top.
