I'm not quite sure exactly how other
traders are using them with Metastock and Excel. They are an easy way
to get data into MS data
format. The slide show feature is particularly interesting
for taking notes.

You might also want to try Futures Updater v1.0. I think that it's on the
simtel.net archives. It will break out batch ASCII eod data into individual
contracts.
