Data Transfer - New Computer

Is there a simple way to copy MetaStock 
data files from one computer to another. Computers are not networked. MS 6.52 is 
on old computer and data is in 54 different folders each representing a 
different industry sector. New computer has MS 7.03. Both are EOD 
versions.
