Hi Eileen..I got your contract this afternoon and your phone
call as well...I am declining the offer...I want it closer to my asking
price of 54,900....I think you should just email me any offers before all
that work is done ....an email offer would have been answered a day or 2
ago and that would have saved you a lot of time and effort..... thank
