Alex,

This is Gann theory as per your subject line. It has more to do with the
thinking of a circle and the main harmonic divisions of 360 degrees. The is
some evidence that Gann used astrological methods in some of his TA and this
is a spin off of that thinking. I'm not sure I understand what you are
asking for. Are you looking for the way to do this in Excel or an
explaination of the methodology? The Excel function to do this would look
like the following code placed in a cell:

=WORKDAY(Start-date, Number of days to add, Holidays)

To take a date and increment it by one day and insure that the day
incremented to is not a Saturday or Sunday (that is Friday date plus 1 =
Monday date) use something like the following (Cell A1 contains the date to
increment) :

=IF(WEEKDAY(A1+1)=7,(A1+3),IF(WEEKDAY(A1+1)=1,(A1+2),(A1+1)))

I have an test worksheet where I played around with this one time, but never
completed. If you want it I will send it to you off line.

Hope this helps. ....................... John
